I for one am sure that they are using visual techniques to imply qualities beyond those provided to advertise that Nissan Qasquai thing as i've never been able to stand on top of a car and control it like a skateboard!
Why bother? It costs money and time to sue people.....and for the price of a DFS sofa? Just not worth it imho. Its not as if you wouldn't have had to go to the store and see it in the flesh as it were. If you thought the size was slightly off then, surely you wouldn't have bought it?
Nearly as bad as 'new build' show homes being furnished with furniture that is 75% the size of the real thing. So you happily buy your new home only to find that the settee you buy just wont fit in the same spot as the one you saw on the show day.
