Arrrggghhh, is my 360's drive on its way out?

Just got a new HDD so I'm installing some games to it. Both Fable and Saints Row 2 have kicked up an error saying the disc might be dirty. Tried again and they installed fine.

This my 3rd 360 coming up ?

Probably.

Alternatively, give the drive a quick blast of air duster and hope for the best.

Installed a few more games with no problems. Might just have been having a spanner.

You're suppose to put disks in the disk drive, not spanners??

My drive died the other week. They are easy enough to replace (although I just plumped for a new 360 as it was on its last legs).

Yours sounds like it might just be having a bad night as mine was grinding when the disk was spinning down then throwing up the dirty disc error.
