There's another one!

Said in a stupid southern accent (dere's wonn, dere's annovva wonn). It's not Hale and Pace though it might be there that it was ripped off from.

I have it in my head, it's a girl saying it, it's annoying me now.

I'm fairly sure it's a TV ad.

Sounds more like an accent you'd hear in Wolverhampton or somewhere like that.

It's difficult to write. It's definitely a horrible southern one, worse than Wolves. You know, London/Essex way.

Well if this is a TV advert, it's been ripped from Harry Enfield and chums. I believe they used to have a skit like that.
