edit: GRR!!! I got to level 20 then out of nowhere metal balls came up and it was too late before I used pineapples to disable them!!

you need to make the boomerang monkeys, and upgrade their 2nd ability, twice 'thermite'

you can also set each monkey to get the 'first' or 'last' balloons

setting the boomerangs to 'last' is a good idea for thermites

easy to complete on medium once you get used to it
 
What's that game where you have girders etc and you have to make a tower? Can't remember exactly what it involves either lol, but someone posted it here a while ago.
