How about you use JS to make a new div which pops up over the whole site selling your services? If you do that in a way thats hard to detect how its going on then the pirates will have no choice but to give in.

I remember having those exact thoughts when I've seen that site in the past, although I can't talk, my own site is appauling but I never get round to finishing my new one.
OT: Zed and the Hub are two of my favourite bars, few mins walk from my flat, The Box and The Arc are good places too.
They copied it in so much detail, they left a bit of code pointing to their own server - which of course when looking through stats, they'll see this code being loaded with a different referrer than it should be.
I checked you out last month (it's good for my lot to keep tabs on the local competition!) We were pretty impressed with your stuff though, specially the iPhone do-hickey whatsit.

What about talking to a private detective or whoever deals with this to investigate this, and knows all the laws etc regarding plagurism?(sorry for my spelling if wrong)

I think a DMCA form to their webhost is standard procedure for this sort of thing. If they are in Turkey it would probably be more hassle than it's worth to do anything more.
