1x 110mm or 2x 90mm fans?

Hi,
What will be better for cooling a CPU, One 110mm fan pushing the air over the cpu through the heatsink. Or 2x 90mm fans in push/pull across the heatsink?
Both coolers are roughly £47

id go with the 110mm fan as it would be about the same but the 110mm will be quiter

No, it's 110mm fan in the zalman 9700NT
