1. Internet broadcasting of stereo data.
(1) A person (A) commits an offence if—
(a) He broadcasts or receives live radio audio over the internet in the stereo format,
(b) (A) knowingly broadcasts/(streams)/receives this information, and,
(c) (A) does not have special permission to do so granted by the radio licensing authority
(2) Sections 58 and 59 apply to an offence under this section.
(3) A person guilty of an offence under this section is liable, on conviction on indictment, to imprisonment for a term of 2 years.
