I have quite a bit left over from European trips - where can I, fee free, change it back?

Cheers

Post office quite often do it for free but not sure if they are at the moment.

Expect to get about 86-88p back per €1!!

Post office has some of the worst spreads i've ever seen.

"Commission free" is such a scam and so many people get suckered in by it. You're still paying your commission (often more than you'd normally pay) - you're just paying on the rate of exchange.

Yes, I've noticed that too Daz.

I think I should just go to travelex, as they usually give the best rates when you buy foreign.

I'd wait a bit as well as it might go to 1£ for 1 €.

I won't be going to any EU currency countries any time soon:(

From memory a "large Beer" was €3.50. in most pubs, rising to €4.50 in small night clubs.

Why change it mate..... You will always need it at some point. For all you know we might be Euro in 3 years anyway ;)

I've $170 in loose dollars here, that was basically worth not much last year. It's now worth a fair bit if I go back, but not much if i change it anywhere.
