I've often wondered what it would take to make a street legal go kart? You'd need a seatbelt and a set of lights for the front and rear and you'd need to get it through and SVA test though I'm not sure what else is required for that. Probably end up on a Q-plate too
of course if you actually went anywhere in it, you'd get flattened by some idiot in a Range Rover, it'd be like hitting the poison mushroom then getting driven over by Bowser
