***Official Wrath of the Lich King Thread***(Contains spoilers)***

Making money is stupid atm. I've had to retake up and power level mining so i can afford to do anything. Dailys are giving 13-5g a daily! comeon blizzard sort it out...

I'm getting repair bills of about 60g a day atm, with buying pots, flasks, foods, gear enchant mats gems ect. Dailys and being a enchanter arn't enough, should get mining up to 375 in next few days and then i can start to make money again.

Maybe true to a point. I put wow back on from scratch, then TBC and then LK one. it then downloaded a 650mb patch and then about 2 or 3 20-40meg patches...

Wish LK had all the bits, liek the 650mb but alas, it does not. Still, only takes a few hour to install. It is much better than i was expecting too. 100% better than TBC im my view.

hmmm... im on Triple XP. I guess my mate is just crap though... infact he is.

Im a level 40 Warrior and want to get to 55 asap.

Im a Fury build but was wondering should i go to TANK?

Ive got an amazing shield in my bank and really want to use it!

Or is tanking crap for my level?

Anyone fancy helping me to get to 55?
 
Tanking is good, when you can get instance groups to tank for. Fury/Arms will be better for leveling depending on your server. (i know on mine you cant get a instance group very often till 70+)

Lose the fury its terrible for leveling.

Spec arms and get Mortal strike and Bladefury when u can.

Tanking is good i did 70-80 as prot. I'm hitting 1500dps while dpsing too.

For Leveling arms is the quickest and fastest spec.

Do you or anyone else have the best Arms, Fury or DPS talent build for a level 40?

I want to level up asap.

I've totally lost all motivation to play wow since picking CoD4 up and trying to cane through the achievements, there's no instant gratification like executing a perfect snipe.

The small guild I'm a member of has stormed ahead with everyone about 76+ now, so I'm faced with either some hardcore levelling or to leave and join one of the big guilds on the server and hope I can get some more enjoyment and instance runs out of that

Since I got WoTLK I've only taken my Warrior to 71 and a few bars in.
 
I have to say I have kinda lost motivation for this now. Everything just feels to easy imo. Everything is handed to you.

Profs was a main one for me. When they used to have certain patterns could only drop off a certain mob so you would grind the mob to get it then you would be one in a few on the server that could craft it. An example the Khorium Scope for engineers. Wotlk there is nothing like this except JC which has designs which drop off a few boss's and they have the daily.

Also the tabard thing. I used to love that every faction had its own tabard. Now theres hardly any. One of the main things I used to look forward to when grinding rep for a faction was the thought that I would end up with a nice new shiny tabard I could wear.

I got my Priest to 80 a little while ago. Did a few heroics with guildies. Which personally felt like a walk in the park. Now im just bored. Waiting for a few other guildies to catch up so we can hit Naxx. But atm i cannot be bothered to do dungeon after dungeon waiting on kit.

In the process of leveling a DK for a bit of change of sence. I'm at level 64 atm enjoying so far.

Each of the main factions does have its own tabard you can get from a quartermaster once you have a friendy rep.

aye but what about the cool ones walrus people dont have a tabard. Taunka dont have a tabard. imo they both deserve a tabard.

Being able to get them at friendly is the meh thing for me I liked having to be exalted before you got a tabard it made it a bit more well of a challange lol :p

The new faction tabards give rep bonuses in level 80 dungeons, which is a good thing, as it means you don't have to grind a certain dungeon for reputation anymore.
 
Yeah, the tabards arent a prestige thing, hence them being at a lower rep now. I think its a good idea as you can choose which rep you get.

This. Stockades and SM are the easiest places to boost as at the start you get about a level per run, and each run takes about 2-3 pulls. Sacred Shield (absorbs 500 damage every 6 seconds when you get hit), Judge crit+instant FoL, Herbalism 450 Healbloom, that regen 25% of mana with 1 minute CD and Consecration are all GODLIKE abilities tbh :p)

I was going to level another char to 60 as I have 26 free levels to give from my recruited account, BUT then I remembered he was only Level 52 so he wouldn't be able to grant past that level anyways. And I hated boosting in BRD and Stratholme lol.
