Dead Space Wont Load - PS3

For some reason, Dead Space takes a v long time to load, just to get the the start screen, sometimes it doesnt even get there, I will leave my PS3 for an hour and wait but it does nothing. If it does get to the start screen I will load my saved game and thats about as far as it gets.....it will just go to the loading screen and not load.
All my other games work. Anyone got any suggestions? Cheers.

Is there a game install or an update? If so remove this, its seperate from the game saves, but on safe side copy the save game to another account. Hopefully it will rebuild the game install/patch and all should be good.
