Figured you lot would appreciate the heads up, from a site known for it's cheapness and early pre-order deliveries, have a search about, it shouldn't be hard to find.

I'm really loving the stupidly low prices of Sony published games at present. They were still only £28 before this offer, considering resistance 2 is only 2 weeks old that's fantastic.

Very tempted by pacific rift, it any good? The demo didn't really click with me.

pacific rift is fantastic- well worth a purchase. i generally hate racing games and get bored very quick with them but rift is in a different class and has been great fun the times i've played it. this is of course my opinion so if unsure dont risk it1

You'd have to pay me to play that garbage, you can buy the darkness for £11, well worth the extra £6!

Will the highstreet let you trade in games for cash? Cant remember.

I bought Resistance 2 new the other day and obviously could get 2 games for the same money. Wouldnt mind having PR and Res 2.

Typically yes, though they give you a little less money if you ask for cash as opposed to store credit.

IIRC their policy is if you order it at that price you'll still get it for that price when it comes back in stock.

they have that giotech headset for under £20.00 aswell, was considering gettnig one of these. will give it a go for that price.

No don't! Get the official Sony headset for less on another popular store, better quality and cheaper. I've got the gioteck headset and it's certainly not as good as the official headset.

ah ok , it was a toss up between the official one and this, its just the giotech one looks like it be more comfortable for my small ears?!

Sadly i cannot say which is more comfortable as both give me a bit of earache, but then every headphone/headset i've ever used gives me earache so it's nothing surprising.

What i can tell you is the charging life, sound quality, microphone and build quality are all superior on the official headset.
