Spec me a new cooler

I am looking at buying a new CPU cooler as the one i got at the minute doesnt keep my Q6600 cool enough. I have got around £30 plus or minus a few quid to play with so what would you recommend for this price. Needs to be good with overclocking too!

As long as it will fit in a P182 it is ok. Can you use more than one fan on it?
