Here it is in all its glory :D

I may be ordering one at the weekend so if need be I can sort some pics next week.

By all means post your pics m8. Though just to point out to arc@css, the fact that someone else will be posting pics is not another excuse for you to bail out of posting pics of your own rig. Its got to the stage now that if and when you do post pics, they jolly well better have some bread in shot to authenticate them as your own and not some you've trawled of the net.

This thread is going to end up like the Messiah Kahn phantom case thread. People checking it years later to see if any pics have ever been posted. The only difference is that there actually is an MK case to start with.

well why he looks for pics of someone elses :D

this man really likes it :p

One basic concept of design is form follows function. The main function of a case is to protect your computer parts from dust, from objects that may fall inside the computer causing short-circuit, from liquids, from external impacts, etc. Since Antec Skeleton cannot provide the basic function required by all users – protection – its design is flawed and we simply cannot recommend this case.

In fact, we were so negatively impressed by it that we wonder why it was released by Antec, a company that so far only presented outstanding products. The hard drives hanging outside the case with no protection and that can fall during transportation is one of the worst things we ever saw in this industry.

To make things even worse, this case is sold by USD 180.

We know that we are being harsh, but like we said, you will either loved it or hate it.

Our honest recommendation is to stay away from this joke.

i can see these dropping in price like rocks lol.

I read that the hard drives suspended on the side can actually be screwed on to stop them falling off during transportation.

It may not be a universally suitable case but I think there is a market for it. I contacted Antec to see if there was a version 2 in the works and was told there wasn't. It looks like they're taking the criticism with a pinch of salt.

He appears to be ignoring the thread now, judging by his profile activity over the last couple of days. Bizzare. If he actually does have this case be must be seriously embarrassed about it, or just a simple time waster.

I can't believe people are willing to pay over £100 for what is basically a glorified motherboard tray with a big fan on top of it.

I can see the attraction if you change motherboards and other components often, for a test rig for example. Or maybe even for some extreme overclocking sessions when dry ice and liquid nitrogen etc might be used. But for the price, no thanks.

Thread appears to have been officially abandoned. I think he must have a short attention span disorder thing as he seems to have suddenly developed a fascination with Dungeon Master instead of organizing posting pics of his supposed case.
