rant
Lately it really start to bug me how they use certain words that is inaccurate in their stories.
For example, ITV described the CPS' decision not to press charges against his parents as a "Ruling". CPS and the Police do not make rulings, the Courts make rulings.
And the papers (a few of them) described the divorce of Madonna and Guy Richie as a "quickie" divorce. There is no such a thing as a quickie divorce, you don't go in and get a stamp on a piece of paper. You issue a petition, decree Nisi, decree absolute...etc just like everyone else before them and everyone else after them.
I admit i like watching the news, i like to keep up to date on stuff, but these inaccurate reporting is starting to bug me.
That or i am turning into Victor Meldew.
