I used to listen to the 360fanboy podcast but it just got too childish and crappy
Always find the official xbox magazine podcast worth a listen and the video games show is alright too.

Major Nelson is very good for 360 but is obviusly biased that way, 1up is also very good is although it is a bit more 360 driven shane brings a PS3 element to it too.

Thanks for all the suggestions. I have watched a few of all of them suggested. My favourite out them all is Invisible Walls. I have all 37 episodes downloaded onto my iPhone. I plan to watch them all to get up to scratch with the team and how they work.
