Evening all,

Now I've never ever really felt the need or seen the point in spending crazy amounts of money on a watch. I have a Storm which was bought for me a few Xmas's ago which is fine, I like it - it looks ok but it's starting to get a bit battered now.

(Current watch - had to photoshop a lot of scratch's out)

Now a few months ago someone linked on here Rado watch's - and always thought "they look awesome, hardly see any about etc"

Tonight I was at Lakeside with a friend and we happened to wonder into a jewelers and I saw Rado's in there.....I tried one on....it suits me.....I VERY nearly handed over my card there and then and bought it.

Anyway, what do others watch people think of them? Like I say I've never thought "I really fancy spunking £1300 on a watch" until now

EDIT: One I tried on was like this

Think of them more like jewellery with a cheapo quartz movement than a proper watch, you will loose quite a bit of money the moment you wear it out of the shop.

If you like it and plan to keep it (will date though) get it but if you dont get at least 20% of walk away

Thanks for the reply. Ok that's cool. So fashion accessory more than anything? :)

Are they reliable and keep the time well?

Yeah I'll keep it, not the sort of thing I'd sell on really :)

I got given one as a graduation present. Don't wear it much,as it was expensive and I don't want to damage it!

It's nice and holds the time accurately though so no complaints here :)
