Grand Theft Auto 4

I spent an hour last night with 4 star wanted rating driving up and down one road with a security truck. Its so damn tough and fast enough to totally muller the police cars. Was quite funny cos they started pulling civilians out of their cars as I had knackered theirs. Then I managed to find the petrol station so started making some explosions. A right luagh until the swat teams arrived with machine guns. My security truck was totalled so ended with a range rover but that was no match for machine gun fire :(

Indeed,

And not everyone owns a Quadcore *Cough me cough* :p....A lot of the pre-built systems sold in high street places are dual cores still anyway.

Agreed.

Dunno what market R* were aiming at with the PC version. If it was just hardcore gamers with super PC's, then they are looking at a tiny tiny percentage of the PC community.
 
It does run adequately on decent dual core systems though doesn't it?

The specified system requirements ARE wrong, I agree with that, but there seem to be plenty of people with Core2 Duos running it decently.

Half the people moaning the loudest on GTAforums have got poor machines which barely or don't meet the minimum requirements.
 
Quick question, sorry if it's been brought up in these last 90 pages.

If you play this with a 360 controller do you get the auto-aim like on console, or not?

Amateur tbh :p

Playing with auto aim sucks, you just get killed everywhere, now with it off it sorts the real player out :D
 
I've never found aiming easy with a pad in any 3rd person or FPS game, I admit :)

If people have completed this or other GTA games using a pad and manual aim throughout, I am impressed.
 
Okay, I need to attend an interview and im told to wear a suit and tie with smart shoes.

I have a suit/tie but where the hell do you get the smart shoes from?

The amount of times ive been up and down the map looking for smart shoes in the clothes shops??

Arghghg, cant wear boots/sneakers/moccosons...help me!

Perseus - get some Oxford shoes.
 
Has anybody found this suit on the PC version ?
