offer on overclockers seems very tempting... someone convince me!

They should do some with the Hiper Osaris case.

Been very happy with mine since I got it, build is very solid, and they've actually bothered to paint the inside of the case black too, unlike a lot of manaufacturers who just seem to think people like windows, along with dull grey metal insides.

Also, unlike their PSU's, it wont blow up on you.

It's for all those who like to e-peen on a forum with their benchmark scores.

Save your money and build something blisteringly quick that does it for a lot less.

Whats the point in all that, when a Q6600 + 4870 etc still handles everything maxed out. Can get that for way way under half price.

Future ease of upgradability. Good luck in a years time when you want to stick an i7 in your P45. Thats not a euphanism.

err is the cpu over clocked as everywhere else lists it as 2.66 GHz not 3.66 GHZ.

Pre-overclocked and gauranteed stable. £200 extra quid for saving the time of assembling the bugger yourself, tidying the cables, overclocking it, and if anything goes wrong, free repairs for a year, doesnt seem too bad to me.

Are you referring to the 1.2k your quoted for the i7 system? over the pre-built 1.7k i7 system?

I dont dissagree that the i7 is future proof, but is it really worth an extra 1k over a Q6600 now. I think it isn't worth it and is quite frankly madness to justify buying one.

EDIT: I mean what games are there to play? I'm still play css, insurgency, TF2, Bf2 & L4D regularly. By the time I need an i7 processor the socket could be replaced or if it isnt, it will be dirt cheap then, same for DDR3.

no where on the page does it says it's overclocked.

If it is I'd have thought they'd of had to state that it was?
