Yes thats fine, much more helpful, eventually!! shame it wasn’t just like that from the start.. without dragging this on cuz its pathetic now, but instead of removing my whole signature because something dropped down a line.. it could have just been edited...
 
It's down to the Don that noticed your signature whether they decide to remove it or edit it. I would have personally just edited it though if it was me.

It's standard policy to have a rule breaking sig replaced with a notice like you got. You're being treated no differently than anyone else and they don't complain, they just get on with it.
