Far Cry2 & Rainbow Six Vegas2 are both IMO terrible. Red Alert3 & NFS Undercover are both very tired sequels.

Worst hyped maybe, but people will joke for years to come whenever someone buys a new pc; "Yeah, but will it play Crysis"

Quantum of Solace, was probably the game i was most looking forward too then i played the demo and well...... most know how dire it was.

Red alert 3. Expected nice stuff but it;s quite rubbish compared to the finer RTS's.
Mercenaries 2 was rubbish too but meh.
And spore of course, fun for liek 2 hours then ****.

Didn't hype fc2 myself so I quite liked Far Cry 2.
GTA IV is still superb even though the need for quad powah and lack of aa. It is still gta and I love driving, even though jagged the cars look so great and I love the new handling.
Fallout 3 was a surprise for me, I usually hate rpg's and I disliked oblivion, but I loved Fallout3.

GTA4 in every aspect but the story. Actually, add the story to that too - the ending sucked.

GTA IV is fantastic, but the performance is obviously terrible...I don't think that merits it going on a biggest disappointment list! The game itself is great...

Far cry 2, looks lovely but the silly respawning enemys at checkpoints just became annoying, add to the fact that i bought the deluxe edition with the bundled t shirt and maps and game artwork book, it was the only copy of the game left in the shop
