English women ?

Ok guys, had my xmas do last night, 4 girls including me and 3 guys. We went to a nice restaurant and then headed off to a few bars around London.

By the end of the night, us four girls were still sober. The 3 guys? Absolutely hammered, we had to help them get through the ticket barriers at tube stations as they couldn't figure out how they worked...

Also, while we were having a few drinks at Maxwells in Covent Garden a group of guys stumbled in (also hammered). They immediately came over to us, one grabbed my bum, put his arms around me and said 'Alllwite Darrrlin?! You're ******* gorgeous, all of ya!'. A bit later on he came back, took my drink off me (orange juice as I had to drive people home), he drank some, realised it was orange and told the barman to get me some vodka instead.

But yeah, women are awful aren't they? :rolleyes:

I do think women in England do not look after themselves. Drink culture and all that. Let themselves go as soon as they hit 30.

I agree with this. Women tend to go for the sexist, mysoginist, alpha male types (generalisation, I'm just basing this 'view' on what I see in the media, etc). It used to happen hundreds/thousands/millions of years ago because partnering with the strong type meant a better chance of survival and stronger, healthier offspring. The same thing happens in nature, the female animal will almost certainly partner with the alpha male.

Its evolution basically and still happens now because it would take more millions of years for us to evolve and change genetically.

I'm clearly not the alpha male type so the situation is not ideally suited to me anyway, but meh its just an observation.

But why would anyone care if you did happen to get completely hammered?

Why would that be 'unacceptable' for women and okay for men?
 
The majority of women in London are either;
1) Chavs and all the associated atrocities. See also: Bashment Queen.
2) Princesses who think the world owes them a living. Incredibly stuck up, vapid, pretty until they hit 25.
3) Professional working women who've hit their early 30s and realised "Oh I need a hubby to look after me so I can pop out a few sprogs" - Walking wallet material.
The common theme is, they're all shallow.

Outside London it varies depending on region and area, generally fewer #3's with a proportional increase in the other two.

Continental Europe on the other hand is so ridiculously stuffed to the gills with gorgeous, intelligent women that it makes me wonder what England does so terrible wrong.
 
I don't think English women are any more slutty than any other nations, maybe it says more about the ladies you have been associating with than anything else?

People are people, we might look different but essentially we've got much the same motivations, desires, hopes and fears irrespective of anything else. From my limited experience some people will cheat but their nationality doesn't have much of a bearing on whether they will or won't.

dont agree with that at all
the way(and where) ppl are brought up and their culture makes a massive difference.

Its not acceptable for men, thats my point. What I'm saying is its not just the women of England who go out to get trollied then make fools of themselves.


The thing that bothers me most is that on nights out, men seem to think its ok to grab a woman anywhere they like. I've even had a guy try to put his hand up my dress when I was waiting at a bar once, its disgusting.

But that's the thing; they obviously do it because it works on a lot of women.

Do you ever notice the guy that doesn't do it? I doubt it. They just fade into obscurity like a morning tide.

The way people are brought up makes a bit of difference certainly, the where I'd have to say less so. I know people who come from a variety of places who share similar values to myself, that's down to how they were brought up and that some desires are almost universal. Stereotyping all English women as slutty/fat/unattractive seems like a rather large leap of (non)logic based on relatively few examples.

I don't think that where you come from predisposes you to cheat and English women are not worse than any other nations from what I know.

Try being a man wearing a kilt, it appears to be open season for any woman to fondle you inappropriately. I wouldn't object so much but they're almost invariably middle-aged. :o ;)

Actually, I imagine they do it because they think its funny. And yes, I tend to look out for the guys who aren't acting like animals, why on earth wouldn't I?
 
right im out tonight, im pretty sure if i tried to put my hand up some girsl skirt tonight though i would get battered! :o

seriously though a lot of the women in the clubs and pubs i goto, seem to go for the guys that are acting like dicks, whats that about??
