It's my "Quick to the internet" and "thanks for the info" moment.
Just heard and seen an almighty load of shouting and flashing lights in the street, so I go to open the front door and am confronted by three fire engines, police cars and an ambulance sitting in the street with their blues going.
The off-licence at the end of the street is well ablaze and the firemen are going in with hoses and full BA gear. Can't say much more than that as it's still on-going, but one of the guys who owns it is standing there, screaming his head off and pointing at the upstairs window. I'm just hoping they've got their kids out in time and he's just in shock and shouting to vent a bit of anger. They have a 3 year old and another one about 1.
Strange thing is, they've just redone the entire shop and the local chavs broke all their new windows because they refused to serve them beer. They also threatened to "fire-bomb you **** b*****s" too, even though the owners are Sri Lanken.
