G15v2 or G11?

So, which keyboard?

Fed up of my wireless MS Natural keyboard, its not a bad keyboard, just want something a little more refined :)
 
I had the same dilemma and the only thing I asked myself was whether I would need the LCD display. I'm not a gamer so didnt think I would need to see the status of anything, and even if it was just for system status or date and time I thought it would just be novelty so opted for the G11. I just needed an illuminated keyboard with macro buttons.
 
It also depends if your going to use all the macro keys though, 18 is a lot but 6 is not that much, or you can wait to get the G18 that has 12 macro keys but u will have to wait and probably cost quite a bit
 
I'm a gamer and I'm not rolling around in agony due to the lack of an LCD screen telling me my health.

It's just a gimmick to make you pay more, seriously, can any G15 owners say its that special? :)
 
I've had the G15 and I currently have the G15 rev 2 I use the LCD a lot with BF2 but I;m playing GTA 4 ATM so I don't use it really I only really use the LCD display for network bandwidth monitor
 
Although I dont think there is that much point to having an LCD and dont use it for much, I really do like it for TS2 and Vent as I can use it to see who is speaking. I realise you get to know peoples voices but some people dont talk much and people come and go in a guild so its nice to always be able to see who is speaking.

Thats probably the only genuine use I have for mine.
