what other programs apart from Power dvd are there fot Blu-Ray HD DVD playback please?

VLC seems quite good, it's freeware too, just don't install all the extra bits that come with it.

ive never got VLC to play HD or blu-ray how you manage that? infact im positive that VLC wont play high def playback

media player classic HC can do it (along with anydvd HD of course). will also use your gpu for decoding as well

ah i never knew that i like media player classic so will try this after i bought anydvd that is
