The one day a year when it says yes

I can't be the only one who clicked on this thread expecting something else :D

edit: was ready to say congrats as well :D

Ahh good old isitchristmas.com. It has some strange way of detecting the language - I was in Istanbul on Christmas Day last year and it said "EVET" (yes, in Turkish) but then the next day it went back to "NO" - didn't use the Turkish word.

Anyone in a foreign country - does it say the word in the language spoken in the country? I'm actually intrigued now :p

I'll test it through OperaTor. It tunnels through German servers.

Tested it, it came back with "NO"...

I then had a look to see if it was using the German tunnel...

running Tor 0.2.0.32 (r17346) on Linux i686
at Host Name cpe-65-24-113-129.columbus.res.rr.com
so you appear to be in US-United States (Ohio (verified))
through Internet Service Provider (ISP) Road Runner (or possibly Road Runner Holdco Llc)

Just tried it out from China and got a resounding "SHI", so yes, I guess it does use the local language. Isittuesday gives me "NO" rather than "BU SHI" though.
