I think Epic have played a fair bit in this "PC GAMING IS DYING!!!11" crap on these forums.
Just because the PC version of Gears of War (overrated as **** series) sold **** and UT3 also sold bad they jumped on the piracy bandwagon, if they made good games like Valve then they would be experiencing great sales.

While I enjoy playing my consoles they will never produce very competitive games in comparison to the PC, why? AUTOAIM. Call of Duty games in particular have ridiculous autoaim on consoles.
The last competitive game I played on the Xbox was Ghost Recon 1 & Island Thunder, it didn't have autoaim and believe me, you could NOT spray and pray at all, it was hard to spot enemies and using binoculars to scout before meeting a target was mandatory on most the maps, sadly everything has been dumbed down since then and the newer GR games (Advanced Rubbishfighter) have been made much easier.

I think the Xbox 360 version did just over a million, while the PS3 [released later in December] version did a few hundred thousand copies. So I think when all is said and done, The Orange Box will have sold about 1.5 million copies on the console, which is great. But the game's PC sales were much stronger.
Rob Wright: How much stronger, exactly?
Doug Lombari: I'd say significantly stronger, at least a two-digit percentage increase over the console sales. And that includes Steam sales, retail sales, and now individual sales of Portal, Team Fortress 2, and Half-Life 2: Episode 2. So wh
