International law only exists in so far as it can be enforced. Without US backing it isn't going to be enforced. Like it or not the US sees Israel as an important ally in a strategically important area. So Israel as is will exist as long as the US is the primary world power.

So the palestinians can either deal with that, or contintue with their claims over all of Israel. Fatah seem to have come to their senses recently and decided (like Egypt before them) to try and get on with living. Hamas on the other hand would rather see people die to prove a point than to try and make a viable state.

it does matter, i simply said before that Isreal isnt sovereign and someone said that it was, quoting UN res 181, and i simply pasted the info backing up the fact that it is not... Isreal may claim its sovereign and has international right to bbq palestinian women and children but the cold hard facts show that it, legally, is not allowed to.

And you are right, i could place a flag on top of my house and declare sovereignty - 'i here by deem my house the domain of Keltik only subject to laws as decreed by me' - now my point is, i have no legal basis for this... but if my house was a perfect launching pad into the middle east i would have the backing of the US and the international crime syndicate in general and no one would say a word, im still not sovereign but i have the power that no one can really challenge, then in the future people would start saying that i have sovereignty because they heard it on the TV and they dont know anybetter to actually read a historical book regarding the legalities of my sovereignty.

I agree with you in that, what do we do? who knows, all i know is we have to stop Isreal commiting this mass genocide and strangulation of the Palestinian people.

the people running Isreal at the moment are not what i consider real Jews, from the original tribes of Judah, they are Zionists who practice black religious practisies such as Kabballah which they picked up via osmosis from places like Babylon & Egypt.

sigh. i know what carpet bombing is its what all sides did during WWII due to the fact there was very little way to aim a free falling bomb properly. Yes there was Tall boy and Gran slam bombs that had rather good accuracy but by todays standards they was still poor. Sure the US B17s had Norden bomb sights but they STILL had to carpet bomb to hit targets because of wind and calculation errors in the bombsite.


2nd sentence is exactly why i said in a previous post that these attacks just prove how bad Israel is. They use expensive guided munitions and still aim them at civilian centers. Why dont we just call them the SS Israeli's.

So you know what carpet bombing is, so you know that Israel don't do carpet bombing (especially with F16s which are incapable of doing it).

No, they use expensive guided munitions and aim them at the infrastructure of Hamas which are built in civilian centers. They aren't targeting the civilians, they are targeting Hamas. If they were targeting the civilian centers then you would have considerably more than 250 dead and you wouldn't use expensive guided munitions you would use cheaper area munitions. Like prolonged artillary or MLRS barrages.

they are committing genocide on the Gaza strip so why not?

Lets see, hamas and israel decleare ceasefire. israel continues to stop supplys (inc food) from entering gaza even though this was part of the ceasefire agreement. 6months pass before Hamas has enough with Israel not sticking to its promises, but then i dont know why they expected any different.


oh and yeh Fatah have kinda done well for the Palestine people. The West bank has all but gone and will never return to its rightful owners. But at least theres very little fighting there.

Just gotta get rid of that Ghetto, sorry Gaza strip in the south and its all over.... :o

One of my very close friends showed me the footage of his home town. I can't begin to describe how disguisting it was. Walking home to the death of your family, life and friends.

The Palestinians have solid belief in their Ideology and that belief will take them far. It's only matter time.

Didn't it go more like:

Hamas and Israel declare ceasefire. Border controls start to be relaxed, Hamas use this to start to smuggle weapons in. Israel ups border controls again. 6 month ceasefire ends, Hamas and Israel do not reknew it. Hamas launches rockets in to Israel. Israel starts to systematically take apart the Hamas administration killing a bunch of innocent palestinians along with them.

Yeah, what they should do instead is provoke a large military power, get their people killed and then refuse to send them to foreign hospitals to boost the death count! Much better plan all round. Without doubt things need to get better in the West Bank and Israel needs to improve its dealings with it as they have been shocking. But peace at least gives people a chance to rebuild their lives and their country.

you are also talking about a country who couldnt even roll over a bunch of Syrians with AK-47s in a checker board formation, no matter how many cluster bombs they would drop.
