¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I dropped my N82. :(

It's got a visible scratch on the top right, I was wondering if I can polish it out somehow?

If not polish, any alternatives?

i use displex display polish but to be honest dont see much of an improvement on the scratch on my n96 screen.

you can buy a new screen/cover and install it yourself? i did that on my old bberry, looked brand new after i replaced some trimming and the screen!

Thanks for the link...

I've done a little digging, I've found replacement N82 front covers on a popular auction site - I've ordered one along with a screen protector thing... :)

i put my old sony ericsson in the plastic disc polishing machine in school, really helped take a lot of the smaller scratches out, not all but as soon were pretty deep like.

I hope I'm not breaking any rules by posting this...

It should be the real deal, they've got good feedback... I'll let you know once I've got it if you like?

Just wondering so I can check if real - I've been trading bits like this for years :)

On lenses its very difficult to tell , but from packing I can tell its imported from China and not sourced from Nokia so there is a chance it isn't the real thing.

Toothpaste.

Not even remotely a joke. Somehow covered a scratch on my W810i a while back before I gave up caring ;p

Works wonders for CDs and DVDs as well.

I'll keep that in mind, I guess it may have been worth me asking the seller first if it's genuine Nokia or not... Still, it's only a fiver, which is the same cost as that scratch removal stuff....

I'll give this a go, it may do the trick. :)
