Well, I'd say it really doesdepend on the man / woman. For example, I think my girlfriend is beautiful, but she doesn't think I'm very good looking

As others have mentioned it depends on the person but I saw Charlotte Church on tele the other day and shes definately improving with age, by my reckoning she will be awesome by the time shes 40 like that other bird who sings, Lesley Garrett ?

At that age the women are mature enough without wanting mega-commitment and if they have a cracking body, its still cracking, as opposed to getting all a bit "loose" a few years down the line.

I think it really does depend on the individual, but imo guys are best from 25 and up.
I'm 23 and think I look much better now than I did aged 16-19, much more comfortable with myself etc. I guess now I see myself as a 'woman' rather than a girl.

Women I would say between 17-30.

Men is harder to say, while being young like women is important at the same time older men are generally more "big" or muscular (richer). While I am 23 and think I am alright looking I am a skinny mofo.

I love the fact that men age better with time. Slowly the tide turns as women get older and we are the ones who become desirable and women fade into old saggy hags!!!
