Latest Shipping time

Hi all,

I dont think shop talk is allowed in the forums but just a quick one, what is the lastest that ocuk will ship. I ordered some stuff on sunday and all monday and today has been in the warehouse que changed to printed about 5 today and is still there now...

I take it I wont but getting my stuff tomorrow?

I think the cutoff is 4.30

I bought some ram today and had an email about 5 minutes later saying it had been shipped

Have a look at the stock levels of your order.

They are fine, is a motherboard which had 5 in stock when I bought them, now got 2 and a antec 300 which has 10+

anything from b-grade? if its gone it just stays in warehouse que FOREVER!

Well for a week till i rang & found out it was gone ;/

stock undates can be slow those 2 mobos could be gone

It was 5 when I ordered on sunday mate, its gone down to 2 now and nothing from b grade.

Really annoying, I could order it from a competitor right now and still have it tomorrow

I thought ordering on sunday would allow me to have it Tuesday

Well iirc the shop isnt open on sundays so they wouldn't be able to process the order till today, check at around 11am in the morning to see what has happened.

I understand that mate just bit annoyed it was in the warehouse queue all day today and got printed at 5 and still didnt get sent

never seemed to have a problem before. Yet I ordered a switch from a competator at 7:30pm and its been sent for delivery tomorrow

Stock levels still good, but with the X-Mas shut down, guess there is a backlog of orders. Considering cancelling and trying to pick up the items locally.

guess with the 4 days of holidays they have a huge backlog of stuff to get out.
i ordered something on 25th and got a confirmation email it had shipped on 27th.

in fact all that happened is the sticker had been printed ready for picking which didn't happen until monday 29th.

it's standard practice to send shipping email when sticker printing is done cos normally it will be picked n packed same day.

I ordered 2 items on Saturday at different times. One to come via DHL (soonest being today, Tuesday) and the other coming via Royal Mail. Received confirmation yesterday for both and both have arrived this morning. With it being Xmas time I'm pleasantly surprised. OCUK is one of the few places that I can't fault for their shipping turn around time.

Sent a webnote or phoned them? I ordered sumin yesterday for delivery today and that is still sitting in the warehouse too, wouldn't be so bad if ocuk kept their customers up to date on what's going on. But I've ordered 20+ things from ocuk and 99% of that has been fine, so I give them the benefit of the doubt... for now

Yea sent a few webnotes yesterday they said it should be shipped but it wasnt. Looks like its just been shipped. Shame its being delivered tomorrow now when no one is in. Agh well

Better late than never, I'm still waiting for mine. My item had 1 in stock when I ordered it, so wouldn't be surprised if they have none and I have to wait. I just hope I get told in the reply to my webnote

Just aswell, can't think of any decent component retailers in the Northamptonshire area.
