Major child scare last night - be careful

OMG thats really awful.

Really glad she's ok though, you must be worried sick.

Christ, I was not expecting to read that. I really hope she's okay, I've been spiked before, It's not nice, and I'll say this now, I used to be a drug user, And there's a big difference between taking it knowingly, and being spiked.

Again, I hope she's ok now

Sorry to hear that, but some of Az's posts should give you an idea what people might be like that down that end

Actually, this area is pretty quiet and a decent place, as dmpoole already knows. It's nowhere near as bad as some of the areas in Stoke, like Trent Vale or Normacott for example.

how did the Dr confirm she was spiked? or was it just his opinion due to her state?

has she been for a test today, police contacted ,etc?

It was the Doctor's opinion.
I got home about 30 mins ago and she swore she was only on her 2nd bottle and she can drink most of you under the table.
She's just done her Level 3 in Drugs Awareness (same that I did) and even though she takes alcohol she would never try anything else.
Also the family didn't let her wander out, they were the ones who reported her missing when a taxi driver knocked on the door asking for her and she wasn't there.

Bloody hell Dave, hope she's OK. You don't happen to know where about this party was do you, just in case there's a case of 'loose lips' (or God forbid, Bragging) around here.

Right at the end of F Street so I know you're in spitting distance.
She said that besides family there were around 15 guests so it could have been anybody.

have you or your daughter contacted the Police?

maybe there was somebody at the party who is known to them already

OP that's awful and im really glad you got her back safe. If that was my daughter id be worried sick... its disgusting what lengths some men will go to, they are truly sub-human.

She's his daughter I think he'd know when she was lying.

Goodness grief, you really are very naieve. :D

why because hes a M16 interregator for the last 20 years?

?

well i hope he took test otherwise you might aswell not bother even contacting the police, if you know what it was, go out and try to purchase it, and then stalk everyone for a few months, sooner or later you can wrap things up and kill a few people

Some people don't take drugging seriously. I've had friends at Uni, both male and female that have been drugged from their drinks. It's scary stuff. :(

So glad shes ok, that's an awful thing to happen.

I don't know how I'd react if this happened to my daughter (aint got kids btw)

I think I'd go on a complete rampage or something

To be honest he is right.
We are not shouty parents and both my daughters have been bought up to confide in us at all times.
When they were little I always told them they'd get smacked for lying but I'd let them off if they told the truth so they've always been straight with me.
Both of them have never needed to lie to me and they would now be very bad at it if they tried.
Nikki has just done her Level 3 in Drugs Awareness like I have and she knows that alcohol is way more dangerous than other stuff so if I asked her if she had tried something she would tell me because it wouldn't bother me.
What bothers me is that she drinks alcohol.

Anyway, its her decision like everything she does in life and she doesn't want to take it further.
She's been on the phone to her cousin but there's no proof.
She has learnt another valuable lesson which is - even at a party that you think might be safe, its still best to drink out of a bottle.
