I love it and have set around 3/4 must say it really adds to atmosphere

what do you lot think about it ?

Does it hit on performance a great deal ?

I've left it on the default setting. Turning it up for means there is too much grain, even in the light, whilst switching it off ruins the atmosphere for me.

ive left it on the marker :) adds a bit of character to the game i think, adds to the "movie" effect that you're in a film hehe

turned it off before i started a game. Pointless, id rather see zombies coming to me clearly

Yes, because it clearly blocks your vision

I've left it on default, can't say I've tried the game with it off, as I think it looks fine now, gives the game a different touch, rather than seeing everything crystal clear.

I turned it up to full, looks awesome... and btw it works with HDR so:
a) doesn't block your vision in the slightest
b) if anything makes it easier to see stuff in darker areas

I tried it with various settings, prefer to have it at the red marker tbh.

I quite like it, dunno why though.:)

I just left it at default. Thought it would annoy me like in Mass Effect but here it seems to add to the atmosphere for me.
