Whats your favourite weapon in a game ever?

Unequivocally the GAU-8/A Avenger 7 barrelled 30mm Gatling gun as fitted to the A-10A Thunderbolt II in Lock On. The awesomeness of belching forth a furious torrent of 30mm armour piercing depleted uranium shells at 4500 rounds per minute cannot be overstated. Seriously, I would only confront Chuck Norris if I had one of these handy.

Yeah i loved using it in battle mode (block fort n64) fire it up ramps and it would hit even if they had 3 green shells :p

Goldeneyes DD44 Dostovei was awesome, used to always play licence to kill complex with pistols only.

Battlefield2 L85a1, love the scope and as a medic makes for a good combo. Also the basic mec sniper rifle SVD is great.
 
Pretty much any weapon from Turok 1 & 2 on N64

The chronoseptre was a personal favourite, made the most satisfying Phuzzowwor sound just before the beam hit and made a massive explosion.

Also a lot of the weapons on the Goldeneye.

the RCP90 was awesome, really felt invincible with that gun.
 
On a further note - underslung grenade launchers such as the M-16/203 from BF2, simply for the response it got from the l33t kids. Their impotent fury brought many lols.
 
my favourite by use is the dual pistols in FEAR, t'is great using those.

my favoutire by look would be the minigun type pistols in Hellgate London, looked really cool i think.

Generally a good shotgun and a sniper rifle takes some beating ;) but for Me HL2's Crossbow and Grav gun would be joint favorite
