Not that I'm thinking of popping the question myself, more out of curiosity really. Curiosity sparked by another thread.

How long were you with your partner before you decided to propose and where did you do the deed? How long have you been married for? If you are no longer together, how long were you married for?
 
Well we've been dating for 3 and a half years.

When: in more than 6 months time, but less than 3 and a half years time

Where: now that's a secret. :D

4 years, did it at her parents house last xmas after dinner, got married in October, didnt sleep a wink the night before
 
We were together for 4 years (living together for 3 of those) before I popped the question.

We'll have been married for 10 years in August this year.
 
8 months. Although we'd been living together for those 8 months as we met in a house share. That was last march when we were skiing in val d'isere. Planning to tie the knot in summer 2010 :)
 
I met her in 1974 when we were both 16 and at 21 I said "I can't put up with my Mother any more so lets get married".
She even went out and bought her own engagement ring because I said going in the shop was 'gay' and she bought her own wedding ring too.
We got married in 1980 and are still married.
