Cant you put them up on a buy it now or 1 day listing.

small claims court costs £30minimum, plus possible days of work and then if you lose then can bill you for everything prett6y much. For £35 it is not worth the hassle or the cost.
 
This is quite possibly wrong. But I'm sure I read somewhere that the small claims procedure has been streamlined, and it's easy to file a claim now. I'd go web browsing and see if you can find out. It's the principle that matters, plus the satisfaction of making the guy pay for tickets he didn't get to use.
 
yes you can do it online now, but it's still not worth the hassle or the time. Unless you want to prove a point. But then if you lose you could have to pay hundreds or thousands in costs.
 
I'm sure there are many technicaities you'll be dismissed on.

The buyer could say he was a victim of fraud and that his account was hacked. So you lose time and money over nothing. You cannot prove that it was him, without a signature or face to face meeting.
