My mate has offered me a 40" Plasma for 50 quid, the volumes broke but for that price you can't turn it down.

Well I think something's definitely going on, that's not normal behaviour. I'd just be open and confront her about it, just be straight and offer an ultimatum, either get rid of this other bloke or **** off. You need to exert some authority sometimes in relationships.

Mind you if she bought you a plasma for Xmas then you must mean something to her at least.
