I used 2 ND Filters on them both a ND8 and a Gradual ND8.

Picture 1
Exposure: 15 sec
Aperture: f/7.1
Focal Length: 17mm

Picture 2
Exposure (1/80)
Aperture: f/8
Focal Length: 38 mm

D300 with a 17-55mm f2.8 + ND Filter & Silk tripod.
