Does anyone know of any hotels in London which have spa baths/ hot tubs etc in the room? i.e. like this?

Looking to book a hotel near central london which has this nice bathroom/bedroom

Yep, I'd rather beat myself with a wrench and sleep bleeding in a gutter than go for that. Not sure what to recommend - my advice is find a nice hotel (e.g. The Langham, neck a few cocktails in the utterly swish bar, hit the town and forget about a stupid shaped bath / jacuzzi thing for sexytime.

You would rather beat yourself to death with a wrench than stay in a hotel? I would rather stay in a Youth Hostel than beat myself to death with a wrench. I've stayed in an "e-Tap" hotel, £33 for a room that sleeps 3 people and it was perfectly adequate (though I was ****** when I got back).

Don't know much about the bathrooms but The Courthouse Hotel is very nice
