Well if you had read some of the previous posts or the blog from windowsteamblog.com you would have seen that the download is not available until around 12PM US time, which is 8pm GMT.

Can everyone stop asking where the download link is please.

In actual fact i do read threads and I did read the windowsteamblog.com. So don't get all a***y with me its not welcome.

It isn't mentioned on the link provided in the OP to the windowsteamblog.com site unless I missed it during the single fortunate time the page managed to load at work and prior to my post it had been mentioned once (the edit in the OP also came after) which I'd mis-read, hence my post of dim-wittedness.

Seems you could be right. Looks perfectly legit but it's being hammered as expected.

went to the link then it asks you what O/S you want 64/32bit and which language,after that it takes you to another page asking you a few questions about yourself then it says sending you link to your email address got the link clicked on it and then it goes to another page to make sure its your email, you click next and then thats when the error comes up,
