Download it and install with no key and no online activation and it works, somone posted this earlier in the thread, open the command prompt and type slmgr /rearm then enter and you get another 30 days you can do this 3 times so you get 4 months to test it anyway.

If you read the news articles about them being brought to their knees hours before they even put the beta up i'd say it's safe to say that they've just took it down temporarily.
