I haven't tired this myself, but I think you can use a SCART to VGA SyncBlaster Cable which is around £50-£60 pounds, I am not sure if you can get a Scart to DVI cable.

You can get Scart to VGA cables on the 'bay for a couple of quid.
Should do the job your looking at and probally will work out cheaper than the HDMI option above.
At the end of the day it depends on what you want to connect.

So'longs as your LCD supports a horizontal scan rate of 15.625KHz you will be fine wil any of those adaptors. (most projectors, plasma and LCD panels do whereas CRT monitors dont)
