wow didnt realise how ridiculous GD had become. My bad for actually asking a serious question. While I can make my own judgement call on what the right decision is, I just wanted a second opinion not idiocy.
 
Don't worry I have a serious answer, just send 10k to my cousin in Nigeria, and my half aunt's dead stepsister will send you a cheque for 16k shortly, send 6k back to my cousin and he will deposit the funds in your friend's account.

depends on how trace-able you want to be....

Cheque/Bank Draft, is one option, failing that, Phone up your bank, arrange to take the cash out, and then pop in and take it out, while smelling the nice crisp 20s and 50s :)
 
Bank transfer or a cheque really.

Or pay the cash straight into their account for them...
