Other than the actual materials they're made out of though they seem like pretty basic phones, I would rather have an iPhone / other smartphone.

If you had 10k to spend on a phone I suspect you would be upgrading it long warranty becomes an issue.

I doubt it, it's clearly not a phone for somebody who cares about the functionality of the latest model, it looks suspiciously like an ancient Nokia dressed up...
