Go to the loo it is usually colder there then in the office, wash your face there, that should give you 10-15 minutes. Then rinse and repeat.
 
I was up late doing self assigned home work so I feel like falling asleep too!

Some energy drink time methinks!
 
go out for a walk
eat some food & drink water

maybe a cup of tea :), don't go mental on energy food/drinks
 
I'd honestly say that Red Bull* is your best bet. I often get a bit 'noddy' expecially after lunch towards the end of the week. If you're doing accounts you'll want your mind to be sharp too and something like RB should give you a bit of extra zing.

In all seriousness, something that worked for me was a packet of skittles and a large redbull...Got me back to London wide awake and raring to go :)
