I eat junk but remain skinny..

You also have to take into account the fact that even if you eat 5000 calories a day, not all of that will be digested. I've got an illness which effects my digestive system meaning that I can shovel **** down my face all day long but don't put on weight very easilly.
 
I am just under 6 ft 3 inches and weigh 14 stone.

Im 6ft 3 and weight about 12stone 4lbs.

So not much at all! :)

Im skinny, with arms like twigs, but to be honest. Im not as boney as some skinny people. I aint got much muscle, but i dont have ribs showing or whatnot.

After making this thread Ive pigged out a little, but on stuff like soup and wholemeal bread.

Although admittedly theres a pizza in the oven now, because i cant find much else interesting to make right now :(

Might boil up some pasta and quickly make some bait for work tomorrow.

Bare in mind I walk about 7 miles per day, and walk 98 flights of stairs a day (postman). so maybe that helps!
 
i do night shifts at work,go to work at 7pm and finish 7am.

Go to bed about 8am after looking on internet and emails.

wake up about 5pm,get changed for work and dont eat anything,get to work and eat mayb a banana or apple while i work and thats it,pretty much goes on like that for the 4days i do nights.
 
Just because you are not fat does not mean an unhealthy diet is not bad for you. I have friends who are rails - they eat what they want and never put on weight but they eat absolute rubbish thinking its not affecting them. Cholestrol is cholestrol and a blood vessel is a blood vessel. It doesnt matter if its in a person the size of an elephant or a bamboo stick.
 
i think this is an issue with many of us.
I once was a 6ft2 stick but with a solid six pack, now im a 6ft1(so the doc says) stick with a flab sack, i have improved on my diet but i just get no sexercise, i keep meaning to get to the gym...
