thats the first place i tried as i knew thats where i got it. Was pretty sure the one posted earlier was the xp version.

On a side note does any one else have a problem with deviantart not displaying all the results like only showing few pages when you know the should be more?

Thats for Vista, I've not tried it though, then goto deviantart and search for vista themes, should bring up a load.

I saw a really good Vista theme the other day, I'll post it when I find it again.

Search for Vistaglazz, I think that patches the files for you.

but cant seem to change the theme via 'Control Panel\Appearance and Personalization\Personalization\Window Color and Appearance'

Do you know why?

Have you used vistaglazz to patch the theme files? I don't have vista but with xp you use a uxtheme patcher which then allows you to use other themes.
