OCUK customer products reviews

Could not find a better place to put topic.

Anyway, what is up with the product reviews approval at OCUK? Whenever I submit a negative well argumented review it will never get published. Positive ones, however, get straight on.

Is it not to mess up nice 5-star rating of the product or what? If you only publish "good" feedback what is the point of the whole reviewing business anyway?

I always was of best opinion about OCUK but this practice seam unfair, unreasonable and subsequently disrespectful to customers.

the OP is right.

Some products are crap and its not the retailers fault.

The retailer should be interested to know so they can remove them if necessary. Its in everyones best interest, so it seems weird they are deleted.

If you want proper reviews it's best to ask on here or check some unbiased websites.

I agree with the OP plenty of other sites have unbiased reviews. If they are polite and relevant they should stay.

Indeed, because Amazon have been far less successful than OCUK.
