Carlsberg Draughtmaster lacks fizz?

I got one of these for Christmas and so far all the kegs (Export) I've used have been pretty flat. I've had a look through the website and I don't seem to be doing anything wrong (chilled keg, cleaned seal etc.) but all the pints I pull have hardly got any CO2 in them.
Is it just a gimmick that doesn't work well or duff kegs or something?:)

Sadly, its a gimmick that doesnt work very well. And at the same time uses as much power as 5 fridges!

Is that true?

Do they require a separate gas supply? Or do the kegs that you get for it contain gas?

Apparently the kegs (more like thick plastic bags) contain it so I'm guessing that they don't hold it for long:(

That would probably be why, I know normal kegs have a separate gas supply.
Do the Draughtmaster kegs have a use by date?

Beer isn't meant to be fizzy

I'd agree but this is Carlsberg Export though, lagers taste infinitely worse with no carbonation.

I wouldn't have thought that plastic bags (even thick ones) would be ideal for storing carbonated beverages so presumably there is less fizz than normal because of that. Not allowing for a supplementary CO2 feed seems a bit of an oversight mind.
