Am getting all angry about the constant spam to resurrect in warbands. It's almost annoying as all the clueless rogues in WoW with no idea on aggro management and skill level 1 in first aid with that stupid 'HEAL!' macro for everytime they drop under 70%!

Hehe, I've commented about this in the past may times in PvE especially Gunbad.
1. assist the MT when they call. Don't switch targets unless they call it. Ping-pong damage means that healers can't predict who is getting hit, when and the resulting heal-spam required results in zero action-points and a dead raid party.
2. If there are adds then secondary MT will tank them, all other DPS/tanks should assist MT. Healers will heal MT and ST. If you tank you will be left to die for not following instructions. It's easier to rez you when the fight is over and the loot has been handed out.
3. If you get hit - switch off auto attack, stop attacking and avoid/evade/detaunt. When the mob starts hitting the MT then wait a while until MT has build agro again.. then start - slower DPS.. You may survive.
4. If you can't avoid 3 then sit and wait until the mob reaches past 1/2 health and then open up with everything (MT should have enough agro by then!). You may survive.
5. Healers will not heal you if you pull off agro from the MT.. because when your pitiful armour and hit points get raped by the mob, the additional healing required to keep you standing mean that the healer is at the top of the agro list and with their lack of AC and HP they will last about 1/10 of the time you did.. closely followed by the rest of the raid.
Simply put - know this healer priority list (assuming main healing chain):
1. Designated Main Tank
2. Designated Secondary Tank
3. Designated Third Tank
4. Higher ranked Healer
5. Healer themselves
6. Lower ranked healer
7. Group member axillary Tanks, DPS
8. WB member axillary Tanks, DPS
9. Individual jumping around in front of them with the agro'd mob screaming heal me.
In larger raids you'll have a secondary healers:
a) designated for healer/aux (ie 3 down)
b) rezzers (ie dealing with any rez request and restoration to full health).
Rez takes an AM two seconds. Two seconds of un-disturbed casting when they can't cast anything else. There's a tactic they can get that causes instant rez but then causes the AM to be stunned so you get rez first rather than after the unavailable time.. quite pointless as the rez'd individual needs to be healed anyway. At level 40 we get a group wide rez..
Both have to take the place of more useful abilities so aren't often used..
Another tip is to make a healing/rez channel. That way heal/rez macros can be used.
The reason nobody will rez anyone saying /1 need rez is because multiple healers will then click rez and multiple healers-1 will then be rather peeved that their multi-second cast time was just wasted only to get "your target is not dead".
Healers should have a macro set up to heal, rez, regen, heal-buff:
/3 Healing <target>
/cast <heal>
I would also be interested in testing a macro for DPS to protect healers:
Healer:
/1 HEALER HELP >>> *target* <<<<
DPS should have a macro that then targets the healer (this should be set up with a list of healers) and assist the healer.. that way the entire WB can instantly switch DPS to the target (ie RvR tank) attacking the healer.
Currently a 35 Archmage..
T4 is fun... I participated in a fortress attack with 9 server resets.
